We are currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly driven individual to further strengthen our existing telemarketing team.

 Working with a variety of clients from the world famous Virgin Balloon Flights to lesser known family concerns, our objectives must always remain the same – consistently over deliver with the minimum of fuss.

In fact there are only a few things we do insist upon – integrity, hard work ethic, the ability to smile no matter what we face, and the guarantee that we always give 100%.

 We only work in reputable industries and for open and honest businesses who we feel not only need our help, but will benefit from our experience i.e. if we are unsure we can deliver what they are asking for then we will not attempt to get involved.

 We do not operate with headsets or assume aggressive or hard sales tactics as we believe that this is not the right way to develop good long term business.

 Working from our head office in Telford, Shropshire, you normal office hours would be 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.30pm Friday.

Most of our clients are currently based in either London, Shropshire or Staffordshire, although we are now looking to open additional offices in both the Southern Home Counties and Manchester.

You will be entitled to 20 days holiday plus statutory days (All Bank Holidays), plus one additional day holiday for every year served up to a maximum of 25 days holiday, plus pension and life assurance after qualifying period.

Our ideal candidate would be a very good listener, persuasive and computer literate, and could come from any previous work environment, as we believe our training and career development package is second to none in the Shropshire area.
